  Just got home from dinner and easily had the best service I think I have ever had at a Steak 'n Shake. Tyshavious had us seated and served in less than 10 minutes and had actually taken the time to greet us individually. He listened, repeated to make sure all was well, and we got everything we wanted (cooks were on point too) in a timely fashion with a smile on his face. That man deserves a raise!

  I have to say, it may be wrong, but I LOVE this place! I know, I know.... it's considered fast food so I'm not supposed to like it, but I do. The food here is always very good, and the people are always very nice. I don't think I've ever gotten bad service or had a wrong order. We don't eat there very often, maybe about once every 6-8 weeks, but we still love it when we go. My oldest daughter is very picky about her food. She likes things rather plain, no condiments or sauces. She has so many options to choose from here, and they are so good she's even ventured outside her normal comfort zone and tried (and loved) almost everything she's tried. It is an extremely comfortable, family friendly environment. The wait staff, management, and everyone in between have always been so nice.
  I really could go on and on but won't. Some places you come across just have managers and staff that enjoy what they are doing and like to do it well, plain and simple. This is one of them and it shows in the service they provide.
