  I've stopped by here a few times during my trips to Grand Rapids, and I've been satisfied with the food and service. Comparing them to other Chipotle locations, I've found them to be on par. The dining area is a little different than most, heavy on the classic diner-style stools, but that works for me!

  Extremely kind people behind the counters. They are fast and efficient almost all the time, and will compensate someone for an unusual wait. Doesn't hurt that the food is delicious too!

  Ordered online to avoid waiting. They served 4 people before making my food... whats the point of ordering ahead if they dont even make it until you get there.

  Believe me when I say, I eat here a lot. It was my pregnancy craving and my husband is good to me XP. Long story short the portion sizes are small and they are constantly running out of things. Rice was the latest this last week, its the reason I am writing this review. It is the only chipotle within 40 miles, management has no excuses.
