  Mack, the barista, is so knowledgeable when it comes to coffee. He made me an amazing pour-over. I'll definitely be back multiple times to try everything he makes!

  There are some amazing coffee roasters/brewers/shops in Kalamazoo - I've only visited Fido Motors Cafe one time but, and I don't say this lightly, they made a strong case for being the best in town. Got to meet Mack who explained his homemade syrups (I recommend the beer reduction caramel - so good!). His brew is part art and part science and his passion is obvious. Pastries from Sarkozy's Bakery were a great surprise as well.
  
  Making its home in a reclaimed factory and sharing space with the Fido Motor company, the environment is unique and very comfortable. Yes, it is off the beaten path but it is well worth the visit.
