  Why is there a collection jar for Donald Trump on your cash register counter? I will not go there in the future if you continue to turn what is suppose to be a fun time into a political collection. Really tacky.

  Wasn't going to write this, but I have had two bad experiences within the last month with them and have got to say something! The first experience I went in at night time with my family, and 4 ice creams were out, two of which were my favorites. The employees were rudr to us and only talked to us when they HAD to. One girl apologized and said it was because they were new, but it took them to get my order wrong 3 times before an apology! Cold stone should not allow new employees to work until they are at least half way capable of serving someone!! They were dropping things and when we came in we waited 5 minutes, and saw them standing in the back on their phones!!! Absolutely unacceptable. I did not get mad and figured it was a bad day for them, but then I had a similar experience a week or so later. I went in during the morning and at 12 there was already a line to the door. I watched the employee juggle making ice cream and serving people the entire time. I was surprised how stressed the employee was... this job is suppose to be a fun high school level job! She was polite and very well mannered, but she was going back and forth between the "ice cream machine" and serving customers. It was obvious she was overwhelmed and needed help. I expect more from a place that charges up to $6.14 for a cup of ice cream! Both times I left cold stone feeling stressed and frustrated. The employees uses to be nice and passionate about the job, but now the same employees seem to not have a care in the world for cold stone.

  I had ordered a cake earlier in the day, but when I went to pick it up there had been a miscommunication with the "cake guy," but it wasn't a problem because the staff helping me were so sweet and helpful! They offered to decorate my cake for free (since I hadn't requested any), and the entire time they were very kind and patient. Very good experience!
