  You need to remind staff of your order and double check before taking off. Also as they make it all fresh (the part I love about this place) save some time to wait for the preparation of your sandwich.

  Great addition to downtown Kalamazoo! Listen, for sure there are better local roasters downtown if you're looking for the best cup of coffee, but Biggby is a Michigan based chain and do what they do very well. Atmosphere is clean and friendly, coffee is good and they are known for their sweet coffee treats. If you're looking for a fast cup, or a place to chill, do some work on their wifi or meet some friends - this is a great place to do it.

  This is the only one I go to, even if I have to drive across town to do so. They have always been friendly and gotten our drinks in a timely manner. They have never gotten our order wrong.
