  Service is good. But the owner doesn't seem to put effort into the place. Their computers are constantly down, or their credit card machine doesn't work. They don't accept coupons unless you print them, and he put up a sign for people to stop bringing in food from any of the restaurants in the Bernhard Center.

  No one was at the counter when I came in, waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. She took a lot longer than she should have. When I said thank you and have a good night, she never acknowledged me and made me feel like I was a burden to her. Overall poor experience and would not recommend at all.

  The drinks are constantly scalding hot and I cannot drink it for about 20 minutes after it's made. It also takes them forever to take my order and complete it. Overall bad experiences consistently.
